Electric car company Polestar showed its new commercial during the broadcast of the final Super Bowl game of the U.S. National Football League in which it challenged Tesla and Volkswagen. The commercial is posted on Polestar’s official YouTube channel.

The 30-second commercial is called “No Compromises” and contains several talking points regarding what the Polestar 2 electric car is not and what the company itself is trying to avoid.

“No epic voice-overs,” “no empty promises,” and “no hidden agendas,” the ad’s authors promise at the beginning of the commercial. Polestar goes on to say “no Mars exploration,” apparently pointing to Tesla CEO Ilon Musk’s ambition to conquer the Red Planet, and “no Dieselgate,” alluding to the biggest scandal involving the falsification of emissions data from Volkswagen cars. At the end of the video, the manufacturer shows off its new all-electric Polestar 2 sedan.
