Quotes of futures for WTI crude oil decreased during the Asian session on Friday.

At the New York Mercantile Exchange, futures for WTI crude oil with delivery in July are trading at $120.83 per barrel, down 0.56% at the time of writing this commentary.

The low of the session was at $1 per barrel. At the time of writing, WTI oil found support at $117.14 and resistance at $123.18.

The USD index futures, which shows the ratio of the U.S. dollar to a basket of six major currencies, fell 0.00% to trade at $103.21.

As for other commodities traded on ICE, Brent crude oil futures for delivery in August fell 0.55% to trade at $122.39 per barrel, while the price difference between Brent and WTI crude contracts amounted to $1.56 per barrel.
