Binance has announced the resumption of withdrawals on the Bitcoin network. All transactions pending withdrawal of funds in the main network were carried out, follows from the message of the exchange.

On June 13, cryptocurrency exchange Binance reported a temporary suspension of withdrawals in the Bitcoin (BTC) network. The reason for the failure was given as the fact that some transactions hung in the network due to low sending fees.

The technical malfunction on the exchange only affected the Bitcoin network. Users were still able to withdraw BTC through the BEP20 and ERC20 networks. It took 4 hours to fix the problem.

The platform states that the exchange team is working on a long-term solution to speed up incomplete transactions on the bitcoin (BTC) network and prevent similar situations in the future.
