According to experts of “Interfax-CEA”, the ruble continues to grow steadily against the dollar and euro against the demand for ruble liquidity before the peak of tax payments in June. General support for the national currency is provided by the currency “overhang”, caused by a noticeable excess of export revenues over import costs in the conditions of suspension of the budget rule.
