Minister of Agriculture of Kazakhstan Yerbol Karashukeyev signed an order, according to which the quota for export of wheat and flour is introduced, the press service of the agency reported. The document has been sent for state registration to the Ministry of Justice, the ministry said.

“After enactment of the above order until June 15, 2022, export of wheat and flour will be carried out strictly within the approved quota volumes: for wheat and meslin – 1 million tons; for wheat or wheat-rye flour – 300 thousand tons,” the Ministry of Agriculture said.

According to the press service, applicants are allowed to distribute the quota for wheat exports if they have sold 10% of the declared volume at a fixed price to Prodkorporatsiya.
