PhosAgro, Europe’s largest phosphate fertilizer producer, has decided not to publish its operating and financial results for the first quarter of 2022. The corresponding message is posted on the company’s website.

“Given the suspension of trading in the company’s GDRs, the publication of operating and financial results for the first quarter of 2022 may put a number of investors in the company’s securities in a more favorable position relative to other investors,” PhosAgro said in a press release.

The Central Bank has banned brokers from executing foreign investors’ orders to sell Russian securities since February 28. As of April 18, this requirement remains in force.
