Ordinary shares of the energy company Quadra rose by 14.33% at the beginning of the main session of the Moscow Exchange and were trading at a maximum of 0.013605 rubles per share at 10:03 MSC, according to the trading floor data.

Preferred shares of the energy company rose by 4.19% to 0.009195 rubles per share at the maximum at 10:30 MSC.

The growth of quotations occurred against the background of the news that Rusatom Infrastructural Solutions (a division of Rosatom State Corporation) increased its stake in the authorized capital of Quadra from 82.47% to 95.02% of the total number of shares.

Earlier it became known that Mikhail Prokhorov’s ONEXIM Group sold 82.47% of Quadra shares to JSC Rusatom Infrastructural Solutions. The agreement was signed by the parties on January 31.
