TCS Group (MCX:TCSGDR) will buy 51% of the Russian developer of innovative solutions for ATMs “Bankom”. This is reported by the press-service of the company.

The Bank will buy the stake from the sole owner of the company Sergey Rabotko, who will remain its co-owner and CEO. It is noted that “Tinkoff (LON:TCSq)” cooperated with “BANK” since the launch of the ATM network.

Earlier, TCS Group shares soared 31.38% to $47.3 per share in morning trading on the SPX. Quotes of the company began to grow sharply on the background of the resumption of trading in securities on the site after a long break.
