In May, the net outflow of funds from retail mutual funds amounted to 11.3 billion rubles, compared to a record 23.2 billion rubles, which investors withdrew from mutual funds a month earlier. This is reported by “Kommersant”, referring to the data of Investfunds.

The average daily outflow last month changed less significantly – to 0.628 billion rubles from 1.1 billion rubles in April. In general, retail mutual funds have been recording outflows for the fourth month in a row. In total, investors have withdrawn from such funds 45.8 billion rubles during this time.

According to the publication, the only category of funds where purchases prevailed were funds focused on investments in gold. In five retail funds of this type, which resumed operations, the net inflow of client funds amounted to almost 440 million rubles.
